Our returns process might be a bit different from other stores. Initially, we ask for 20% of the total cost. Once that payment is made, we will begin work on the project and send you the animations you asked for with a watermark on it. If you are satisfied with the product, we then ask for the other 80%. At that point, we will send the animations without any watermarks. After this point, no refund will be offered. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the animations before you pay the 80%, as in, you only received animations with a watermark, you can ask for a refund for the 20% that you have paid. If you do not get in contact with us within 7 days after we have sent you the animations with a watermark, we will no longer offer a refund.
No refund will be offered after animations without a watermark have been provided.
No refund will be offered if you do not get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving the watermarked animations.

LICENSE TO USE

Once full payment has been made to us, you are free to use the animations in your projects, royalty free. Under no circumstance can you use animations with a watermark or attempt to remove the watermark to use the animations without making the full payment.
