How long does it take for you to create animations?
This is solely depended on the complexity of the animation. A logo animation would take a day, while animating characters and skits take a few more days. In all cases, when you tell us of your idea, we will let you know the approximate time it would take to complete.
Do you guys create 3-D animations?
Currently, we do not create 3-D animations. In the future, we have plans of adding this option to our repertoire of work.
Why do you send invoices through PayPal instead of doing transactions on your website?
PayPal is a company renowned for it’s simplicity and security. Sales through PayPal protects both the seller and the buyer and acts as a mediator if a dispute is opened. They also accept a multitude of different payment methods and you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. In the end, we thought it would offer the most benefits for everyone.
Why do you charge 20% at the start of a project?
Think of the 20% as a down payment. It lets us know that you are serious. Imagine we work on 4 hours of animations and then a client doesn’t reply back to our messages or makes a payment? It would put us in a bind, so we decided to create a trust pay system. Once the 20% is paid, we start on the animations, and we send it you. If you are satisfied, we ask for the 80% of total cost, and the files are sent to you. If you are not satisfied even after we make the changes requested, we will refund the 20% that was initially paid.
What kind of animations do you not create?
We do not create derogatory or sexually explicit content.
Why don’t you list the costs/prices of animations?
It’s very difficult to put a price on an animation because each animation is vastly different. Even comparing two logo animations, one could take less time compared to the other. Due to this, we always ask for your budget, so that we can let you know what will best work for your price.
Do you add music or voice overs to animations?
We prefer if our clients have the voice overs recorded for the project. We only add music and sound effects if requested as most clients prefer to use music they like. If you need voice overs recorded, we will discuss the cost of this and implement it as required. In the end, we want you to be satisfied.
Why do you only reply through email?
We do not have an office location. Most of us work from home so it’s easier for us to reply to emails. It also allows us to save additional costs of a phone service, which means the savings are passed down to you.
